Shipping
Air freight takes 5 to 7 days, sea freight takes 30 to 45 days, and express shipping takes 3 to 5 days. Transit times vary with customs clearance and final delivery location.
Prohibited items include illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, weapons, endangered species products, and items harmful to national security. Contact us if you are unsure about a specific product.
There is no minimum shipment size. We handle everything from small personal packages to full container loads.
Use sturdy boxes with adequate cushioning, clear labeling, and follow international packaging standards. Our Ship For Me service includes inspection and repackaging where needed.
Customs
You typically need a Bill of Lading or Air Waybill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Import Declaration Form, Customs Bond, and an Insurance Certificate. Our team prepares and reviews these for you.
Duties are based on the CIF value (cost, insurance, freight), the HS code of the goods, and the applicable duty rate (usually 0 to 25 percent), plus VAT of 18 percent. We calculate this transparently for you.
